Processing times depend on the item: ready-to-ship orders are sent out within a few business days, while made-to-order gowns take longer to prepare.
Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days for ready-to-ship items, depending on your location.
Rush shipping may be available for an extra fee, please contact us before ordering.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships so you can follow your order in real time for a more accurate estimate.
Shipping Costs: Flat rate of $20 for orders under $250. Free shipping is available on all orders over $250.

Ready-to-Ship Orders: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: All sales are final.
