How do I know which size to order?
We recommend measuring yourself in inches using our sizing guide. If you’re between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for easier alterations.

Can alterations be made to the dresses?
Yes! Most of our gowns are designed with extra seam allowance, making professional alterations possible for the perfect fit.

How far in advance should I order my dress?
We suggest ordering at least 4-6 weeks before your wedding date to allow time for processing, shipping, and alterations (if needed).

What if my size isn’t available?
If your size is not listed, please contact us. In many cases, we can arrange a custom order. :)

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For ready-to-ship orders, returns are accepted within a set timeframe after receiving your gown (please see our return policy for details). For custom or made-to-order pieces, all sales are final. That said, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns with your order, please email us, and we’ll do our best to explore possible solutions.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but on average, delivery takes 5-8 business days after processing for ready-to-ship orders. We’ll provide tracking details once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping so brides everywhere can access our collections.

Is alteration possible before you ship the order?
Yes. We recommend emailing us before placing your order to discuss our tailoring options. Depending on the adjustments needed, an additional tailoring fee will apply (typically between $50–$150, depending on the complexity of the request).
